On average, every Victoria household throws out around $42 a week of groceries. That's over two thousand dollars a year! It's one big fat whopping waste. And that's not even contemplating the waste or resources that it takes to produce and transport the stuff we throw out. So, to try and change this incredibly wasteful behaviour, I wrote this TV length documentary for Sustainability Victoria, starring the very likeable Cal Wilson.
